A Celebration of Life honoring Ruth will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, May 15, at Hope United Methodist Church, Alexandria, however, due to COVID restrictions and seating limitations, the service will be live-streamed so her friedns may watch in the safety and comfort of their homes.
